Step 1: Angel Ventures has a network of private investors who can seed start ups and ultimately bring the large dollars to the picture once an entrepreneur has shown he or she has what it takes to succeed.  This unique way of funding allows the entrepreneur to share in the initial risk of investing so they do not have to give up a large equity stake to a venture capitalist.
